Founder & President 

Jake Wade

With over 15 years of experience in the beverage industry, Jake Wade is dedicated to helping beverage companies start, expand, and succeed. His journey began while attending Boise State University, where he worked for a brewery, a distributor, and a homebrew supply store while pursuing his studies. Building on this foundation, Jake went on to co-found Bearpaw River Brewing Company in Wasilla, Alaska, where he continues to serve as a Managing Member. At Bearpaw, Jake has taken on various business roles, including overseeing financial planning, marketing strategy, distribution management, and operational development.

In addition, Jake’s true passion has always been the craft of brewing. He worked as Head Brewer for 10 years and served as Operations Manager, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of brewery operations and product development.

Jake also played a key role in the successful launch of Kuuk Water, an Alaskan canned water company. He utilized his deep understanding of co-packing, distributor relationships, and supply chain logistics to support the company’s production and distribution goals, paving the way for sustainable growth.

Passionate about the beverage industry, Jake takes pride in helping entrepreneurs navigate the challenges of launching and running successful beverage businesses.
